30 days. Not the right fit for your rig? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item.
- Email contact@rvlevitator.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
- Once the item arrives back, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Items should be in their original condition.
Damaged or defective on arrival. Skip the return. Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
30-day warranty. The Levitator is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If it fails under normal use in the first 30 days, email us and we'll replace it.
