Welcome to the RV Levitator store, operated by JASP LLC ("RV Levitator," "we," "us"). By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment. All prices are in US dollars. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed by Shopify Payments and our other payment providers. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error). If we do, you'll be refunded in full.

Pre-orders. Pre-order items are charged when the order is placed and ship when stock arrives. Expected ship dates are estimates. You may cancel for a full refund before the item ships.

Shipping and returns. Shipping timelines and our 30-day return policy are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Product use. The Levitator is designed to support RV sewer hoses during normal recreational vehicle use. Follow the included instructions. We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification, or use beyond the product's stated capacity.

Intellectual property. Everything in this store, including product design, text, photos, and the Levitator name, belongs to us. Don't reuse it commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this store is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law doesn't allow us to limit.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
